What is Tawag Na Regalo (TNR)?

TNR , or Tawag na Regalo, is a gift giving service that allows OFWs or pinoys abroad to make use of the convenience of online shopping from wherever they are. What sets TNR apart from other gift websites is the fact that the shipping is done locally in the Philippines.

What can I find in myTawagnaRegalo.com?

As of the moment, our presence is online only and master dealers that may or may have lead you to this site. We are still in the process of exploring other sales channels such as a physical store and direct mail catalogs.

What products do we offer?

TNR offers items that we believe Filipinos abroad would love to send to their families here. Ranging from appliances to electronics, groceries to books, even gift certificates and party packages.

How do I make a purchase?

TNR offers 24 / 7 customer service. You may call anytime at 1-877- 401-2632 to place an order, or register through our site, and purchase online following the steps below:

1.Browse through the products and select the item of your choice. To know more about the product, you can click on the product name or the image of the product. If you want to purchase it, click on the 'Add to Cart' icon. The item will automatically be added to your Shopping Cart, where you will be able to view a list of the items you have selected.

2. On your Shopping Cart, you have the option to delete some of the items that you chose. Just click on the ' Remove ' button to delete the item from your list  . You can also change the quantity but make sure you click on ' Update Cart' to update your shopping cart. You have the option to continue shopping or to ' Check out ' when you are done shopping.

3. Please NOTE that  ACCOUNT HOLDERS can purchase directly online after checking out, our website will ask for your  username and password in order for you to be able to pay the item(s).

You may call 1-877- 401-2632 to know the status of your order. Please allow 24 hours for us to process your order from moment of placing. This allows us to check on the availability of your order. You will receive a confirmation e-mail that your order has shipped out when it does.

How do I cancel my Order?

Please make sure you call us at 1-877- 401-2632 to cancel your order, within 24 hours from time of placing and has not yet shipped out. Please allow at least one billing cycle for credit back or refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Are there any  hidden costs or taxes?

None. The prices of the products and the delivery charges are inclusive of taxes if any.

What if I receive the wrong Item or the item is defective?

Please call 1-877- 401-2632 to report this instance and we will give you instructions on how best to proceed. Most of our products though, have a manufacturer’s warranty.

How long does the shipping usually take?

The following are approximates inclusive of one day processing:
· Metro Manila -  3 to 4 days
· CALABARZON – 4 to 5 days
· Central Luzon – 5 to 7 days
· Southern Luzon – 5 to 7 days
· Northern Luzon – 6 to 8 days
· Bicol Region – 6 to 8 days
· Central Visaya – 7 to 8 days
· Eastern Visaya – 7 to 8 days
· Northern Mindanao – 8 to 10 days
· Southern Mindanao – 8 to 10 days

Note that Sundays and Philippine holidays are not included on the counting of days for the delivery lead time.

How do I know that delivery is complete?
